About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our Compliance and Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling company incorporations, statutory compliances, ROC filings, GST, TDS, Income Tax compliances, and maintaining regulatory documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a robust foundation in corporate finance, taxation, and legal compliance while working with startups, MSMEs, and established businesses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Company Incorporation & Business Registrations
- Assist in the incorporation of Private Limited Companies, LLPs, OPCs, Partnership Firms, and other business entities.
- Prepare and verify incorporation documents and statutory forms.
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and other regulatory authorities for approvals.
- Assist clients with obtaining various registrations, including GST, PAN, TAN, MSME, Shops & Establishment, Professional Tax, and other business registrations.




- Track application status and ensure timely completion of incorporation processes.

2. ROC & Corporate Compliances
- Prepare and file ROC forms as per the Companies Act, 2013.
- Handle annual compliances, including:
- AOC-4
- MGT-7/MGT-7A
- ADT-1
- DIR-3 KYC
- DPT-3
- Assist in drafting Board Resolutions, Director Resolutions, and maintaining statutory registers.
- Monitor compliance due dates and ensure timely statutory filings.

3. GST & Tax Compliances
- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and related reconciliations.
- Assist in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing.
- Prepare and file TDS returns.
- Assist in GST registrations, amendments, cancellations, and LUT applications.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and TDS regulations.

4. Accounting & Financial Operations
- Assist in bookkeeping and maintaining financial records.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and accounting schedules.
