Hiring: Sales Executive / Sales Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing customer and distributor relationships, managing receivables, generating new business opportunities, and providing technical support to customers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve assigned revenue and sales targets for the complete product portfolio.
Develop and execute territory-wise business plans to achieve growth objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Prepare quotations/offers and actively follow up to convert leads into orders.
Develop and strengthen relationships with key accounts, contractors,



distributors and dealers.
Expand and manage the distributor/dealer network within the assigned territory.
Regularly review distributor performance and implement corrective action plans.
Maintain and regularly update customer and prospect databases.
Customer & Technical Support
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/solutions.
Conduct customer visits, site surveys, product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Provide technical support to customers, distributors and internal sales teams.
Ensure high service levels for key accounts and identify opportunities for year-on-year revenue growth.
Conduct customer seminars, product training and awareness programs with support from the HO/product specialists.
Tender & Project Sales
Attend pre-bid and tender meetings as required.
Coordinate with the sales coordinator for preparation and submission of tender documentation.
