About the Role
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager – School Partnerships to own Rancho Labs' school partnership vertical. The role involves managing the complete, long-cycle institutional sales process — from prospecting and relationship building to demonstrations, pilots, negotiations and final closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Own B2B revenue and school partnership targets.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of schools and school groups.
- Develop relationships with School Owners, Principals, Directors, Academic Heads and other decision-makers.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle:



Prospecting → Meeting → Demo → Pilot → Negotiation → Closure.
- Manage long sales cycles through structured follow-ups and stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare proposals and lead commercial negotiations.
- Work with Operations, Product and Academic teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Build relationships for renewals, upselling and expansion within partner schools.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in B2B / Institutional / Enterprise Sales.
- Proven track record of closing high-value, long-cycle B2B deals.
- Experience selling to schools, educational institutions or similar organisations is strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and consultative selling abilities.
- High ownership, persistence and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for school meetings when required.
