Role Description

We are hiring 2 Healthcare Sales Executive for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

This is a 100% performance-based sales role with no fixed salary. The primary responsibility is to leverage your existing doctor and healthcare network to onboard doctors onto Sehat Nxt Live OPD Tracking.

You will:
- Identify and approach doctors, clinics and hospitals across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
- Use your existing doctor/healthcare connections to generate qualified leads.
- Meet doctors and demonstrate SehatNxt Live OPD Tracking.




- Convert doctors and complete their onboarding.
- Enable doctors to start using Live OPD Tracking.
- Maintain relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
- Follow up with prospects and close conversions.
- Provide market feedback to the Sehat Nxt team.
- Work independently and achieve monthly onboarding targets.

? Compensation

₹3,500 PER DOCTOR ONBOARDED

There is no fixed salary. Earnings are directly linked to successful doctor onboarding.

10 doctors = ₹35,000
20 doctors = ₹70,000
30 doctors = ₹1,05,000

The ₹3,500 incentive is earned when the doctor is successfully onboarded and Live OPD Tracking is enabled and operational.
