About the Role
Dutient Labs is building Dutro, an AI-native compliance OS for enterprises navigating data privacy, GRC, and cybersecurity regulations. We are looking for a Product Sales Manager to own Dutro's revenue end to end.
This is a founder-adjacent role. You work directly with the founding team, shape GTM, and are among the first to take Dutro in front of enterprise buyers across India and the US.
Candidates from the data privacy, cybersecurity, or GRC B2B space are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Own the full sales cycle for Dutro, from first outreach to signed contract.
- Run structured discovery calls to understand compliance pain points, regulatory exposure, and technology context.
- Build and present proposals, product demos, and commercial terms tailored to each account.
- Drive negotiations, handle objections, and close deals independently.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast accurately across all active opportunities.
Pipeline Development
- Identify and qualify mid-market and enterprise prospects in BFSI, healthcare, e-commerce, and regulated industries.
- Build outbound pipeline through LinkedIn, email, calls, events, and referral channels.
- Map accounts, identify decision-makers (DPOs, GCs, CISOs, CIOs), and open doors at the right level.
- Develop a repeatable playbook for acquiring recent accounts in India and the US market.
Product and Market Feedback
- Translate market conversations into structured product and positioning feedback for the founding team.
- Partner with the consulting delivery team to ensure commercial proposals are grounded in delivery reality.
- Represent Dutient at industry events, webinars, and partner meetings as needed.
- Track competitor moves, pricing signals, and emerging compliance mandates that affect buyer urgency.
