Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile Visual & UI Designer to join our team. The role bridges creative storytelling and functional digital design, with responsibility for creating high-quality visual communication across marketing campaigns, social media, events and internal communications, as well as UI screens for internal applications.
The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller and brand guardian who can translate complex ideas into clean, engaging, scalable and consistent visual experiences across channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Multi-channel campaigns
- Conceptualize and create visuals for internal and external campaigns.
- Design assets for social media, including posts, carousels and banners.
- Create visual assets for blogs, digital campaigns and storytelling initiatives.
- Ensure creative output is aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Events
- Develop high-visibility creative assets for corporate events.
- Design stage backdrops, standees, invitations, signage and promotional collateral.




- Create cohesive visual identities across event touchpoints.
- Motion Design
- Create and edit short-form videos, motion graphics and animated assets.
- Internal Communications
- Design engaging layouts and visual assets for newsletters, employee announcements and intranet content.
- UIUX Design (Desirable additional skills)
- Design UI screens and visual interfaces for internal applications.

Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
- Experience
- 4–5 years of professional design experience in an agency, in-house environment or high-level freelance capacity.
- Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Solid proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve creative workflows, efficiency and output quality.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva, part
