Job Purpose

The Project Head will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, coordination, monitoring, and successful delivery of civil, interior fit-out, construction, and MEP coordination works for medical facilities, hospitals, clinics, OPDs, diagnostic centres, and corporate office projects.

The position requires solid leadership and project management skills to ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution

* Plan, organize, and manage complete project execution from project handover to final completion and handover.
* Prepare project execution plans, construction schedules, manpower planning, and material procurement schedules.
* Monitor daily, weekly,



and monthly project progress against approved timelines.
* Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
* Ensure smooth coordination between civil, interior, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and other MEP activities.
2. Medical & Healthcare Projects

* Manage execution of hospitals, OPDs, clinics, diagnostic centres, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.
* Ensure coordination of specialized requirements such as:

* Modular OT and medical interiors
* HVAC and AHU systems
* Electrical and ELV systems
* Plumbing and sanitary works
* Fire fighting and fire alarm systems
* Medical gas pipeline coordination
* Nurse calling systems and other healthcare infrastructure
* Coordinate with hospital management, consultants, architects, and vendors to meet project-specific requirements.
3. Corporate Interior Projects

* Lead execution of corporate office
