About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, commercially driven, and target-oriented Business Development Manager to lead current business acquisition and strengthen client relationships in Mumbai.




The role will involve identifying and engaging prospective B2B clients, connecting with senior decision-makers, presenting IBS's corporate barter and media solutions, developing a strong sales pipeline, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.
The ideal candidate will be confident in client-facing situations, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, and motivated by measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B corporate clients across relevant industries.
- Build and maintain a strong business development and sales pipeline through prospect research and data mining.
- Connect and build relationships with Directors, Vice Presidents, Brand Managers, and other senior decision-makers.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, both in person and through Google Meet.
