We're Hiring: Sales Manager | Pharmaceutical General Trade
Are you an experienced pharmaceutical sales leader with a strong track record of driving distributor-led growth? We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead sales operations across Gujarat and Maharashtra for a quick-growing healthcare organization.
Location: Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai
Experience: 7+ Years (Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical general trade sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales through distributor and stockist networks across Gujarat and Maharashtra.
- Expand market reach by strengthening relationships with distributors, wholesalers, chemists, and retailers.
- Improve secondary sales movement and ensure product availability across the channel.
- Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, billing efficiency, collections, and ROI.
- Lead and mentor field sales teams to improve productivity, market coverage, and execution.
- Track sales targets, POB, conversion ratios, and regional performance to drive business growth.




- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular market visits and joint field working to improve execution excellence.

What We're Looking For
- Graduate (Science or Pharmacy preferred); MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
- Strong academic background.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical general trade and distributor-led sales.
- Experience managing sales teams and driving business across Gujarat and Maharashtra.
- Strong understanding of secondary sales, channel development, D2R and D2S business models.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and execution skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Background
