Record observations systematically to support root-cause diagnosis
Coordinate with clients on-site to explain the inspection process and set expectations
Ensure evidence collected is complete and accurate to enable productive report generation
Escalate complex or ambiguous findings to senior engineers for review
Maintain inspection timelines to support the 48-hour report turnaround commitment
Use company tools/apps to log site data digitally
