Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design vision for residential renovation and short-term rental projects, creating cohesive, functional, and aesthetically compelling interiors that reflect XLNC Exotic’s premium brand. This full-time remote role includes developing design concepts,



space plans, and mood boards; selecting finishes, fixtures, and equipment; and coordinating with architecture, construction, and property management teams. The individual will review architectural drawings, prepare interior design documentation, and provide guidance on layouts, materials, and furnishings to optimize guest experience and property value. Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with vendors, sourcing products within budget, ensuring design standards and regulations are met, and supporting multiple projects from concept through completion. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior team members, contribute to design best practices, and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders across real estate, hospitality, and operations.
