Role Description The Owner at ShyftLabs in Patna will lead the local business strategy, oversee operations, and ensure the successful delivery of AI-driven solutions to clients. This full-time, on-site role involves setting growth objectives, managing finances, and maintaining strong relationships with partners, customers, and stakeholders. The Owner will guide business development initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and collaborate with technical and commercial teams to align solutions with client needs. Responsibilities also include building and mentoring a high-performing team, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and representing ShyftLabs in regional industry forums and client meetings. The role requires hands-on oversight of day-to-day activities while ensuring long-term sustainability and innovation.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills, with a track record of leading teams or business units.
Business development, sales,



and client relationship management capabilities, including negotiation and partnership-building experience.
Strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Exposure to or interest in AI, data-driven products, and enterprise technology solutions, with the ability to understand technical concepts at a high level.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
Experience running or co-owning a business, startup, or regional office is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are an asset but not required.
Ability to work on-site in Patna and commit to a full time schedule, with flexibility for occasional travel as needed.
