About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive with a basic to intermediate understanding of digital marketing and hands-on exposure to paid advertising and performance marketing.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital marketing, good analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and work across PPC, social media marketing, campaign optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and monitor PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
Assist with keyword research,



audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign setup.
Support the development of media plans, ad copies, creatives, and campaign structure documentation.
Monitor campaigns on a daily basis and identify opportunities for optimization.
Collect, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data.
Prepare weekly performance reports, dashboards, and campaign summaries for client reviews.
Work with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and GoHighLevel for reporting and campaign-related activities.
Assist with conversion tracking, UTM tagging, pixel setup, and basic attribution.
Monitor key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Provide actionable insights based on campaign performance and data analysis.
Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and other cross-functional teams to align paid marketing efforts with overall digital marketing strategies.
