Job Title: US Voice Process Associate | Ahmedabad | on-site | Night Shift

Job Location: Bodakdev, S.G. Highway, Opp. Gurudwara Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: On-Site
Shift: Fixed Night Shift only (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Working Days: 5 working days (Monday to Friday)
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
Age Criteria: 18-30 Years

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with US-based customers.
Generate leads and ensure consistent service quality.
Meet performance targets set for calls and conversions.
Maintain proper call documentation in CRM systems.
Follow standardized communication protocols and scripts.




Demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service in every interaction.

Candidate Requirements

Fluent in English (Both spoken and written)
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work a full-time 10-hour night shift (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Comfortable working Monday to Friday
Available to work from the office in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Previous BPO or voice process experience is an added advantage.
Pursuing students can apply.
No attendance requirement for eligible pursuing students
