We're looking for a Demand Generation Lead to build, manage, and scale our outbound lead generation engine. You'll own the top of the sales funnel end-to-end — leading a team of Demand Generation Executives who make cold calls and qualify leads — while personally driving strategy, process, targets, and CRM discipline. This is a hands-on leadership role: part coach, part strategist, part operator.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coaching

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Demand Generation Executives responsible for outbound cold calling and lead qualification.
Conduct call audits, live call shadowing, and role-plays to continuously improve team pitch quality and objection handling.
Set individual and team targets for call volume, connect rate, qualified leads, and conversion to meetings/demos; track and report performance.
Hire, onboard, and train current team members as the team scales.

Strategy & Process Ownership

Own and continuously refine the outbound calling strategy, scripts, and lead qualification criteria (BANT/GPCT or similar)



in line with HabileLabs' service lines (Cloud, AI/ML, Salesforce, DevOps, Web & Mobile Development, Data & BI).
Segment and prioritize target accounts/industries/geographies (including international markets like US/EU) in collaboration with marketing and leadership.
Build and maintain playbooks for cold calling, follow-up cadences, and lead handoff to Business Development/Account Executives.
Identify and evaluate tools (dialers, sales engagement platforms, data enrichment tools) to improve team efficiency.

Pipeline & CRM Management

Own accurate, disciplined use of Zoho CRM across the team — lead status, activity logging, and reporting.
Build and maintain dashboards/reports on funnel metrics (calls made, connects, qualified leads, meetings booked, conversion rates) for leadership review.
Ensure smooth, well-documented handoff of qualified leads to the sales/BD team, with tight feedback loops on lead quality.
