Your Role

As an Specialist at StayVista, you will take a leadership role in managing pricing strategies, ensuring price parity, setting promotions,



and negotiating pricing with homeowners to maximise revenue. In addition to overseeing the quality control and online reputation of all property listings, you will drive revenue targets for stays, F&B;, and add-on services while managing inventory effectively. Acting as the primary point of contact for homeowners, you will handle communications, manage escalations, settle accounts, and secure agreements. You will also focus on market demand analysis, competition tracking, and property upgrades to stay competitive. A key part of your role includes securing homeowner referrals for recent property supply and increasing the commercials of each home. Furthermore, you will lead initiatives to enhance homeowner app adoption and collaborate with brand and marketing teams to boost property performance and revenue growth..
