About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Podcast Specialist to own the podcast vertical end-to-end for the Fynd out with Ragini — from research and guest/topic ideation through scripting, recording/hosting coordination, and publishing. You'll be responsible for building a strong content pipeline, ensuring every episode is well-researched and engaging,
and continuously improving format and performance based on data. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can move fluidly between creative storytelling and rigorous execution.
What You'll Do
Research & Ideation
Generate podcast episode ideas on an ongoing basis across relevant themes (finance, business, culture, current events, or category-specific topics as defined by the BU).
Identify emerging trends, guests, and overlooked angles that make for strong episodes.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of episode concepts, ready for review and prioritization.
Present ideas to content leadership for selection and sign-off.
Scripting & Content Development
Convert research into tight, engaging episode scripts / talking points / interview outlines.
Simplify complex topics without diluting accuracy or depth.
Craft robust hooks, clear narrative arcs, and memorable takeaways suited to audio consumption.
