Role

We are looking for a Retail HRBP to manage the people function for our Hyderabad store. The role will work closely with the Store Manager and central HR team to ensure a strong employee experience and smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

Recruitment
Own end-to-end hiring for the store.
Maintain candidate pipelines and close positions within TAT.
Manage interviews, offers, joining and onboarding.
Employee Engagement
Drive employee engagement initiatives and employee connects.
Build a positive, inclusive and high-energy Broadway culture.
Understand employee sentiment and improve team experience.
Attendance & HR Operations
Monitor attendance, late coming and absenteeism.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and timely payroll inputs.




Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Employee Grievances
Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
Resolve grievances fairly and within timelines.
Partner with Store Managers and central HR on sensitive matters.
Employee Lifecycle
Manage the employee journey from joining to exit.
Handle onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits.
Conduct exit discussions and identify attrition trends.

Who We're Looking For

3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail/FMCG/hospitality.
Solid communication and people-management skills.
Hands-on experience in recruitment and employee relations.
High ownership, proactive approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Someone who is people-first, business-oriented and culture-driven.
