About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist with strong agency experience who understands brands, consumers, social media trends, and campaign strategy.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on social media campaigns for multiple brands, from research and ideation to strategy and execution. You should be someone who can look beyond simply creating a content calendar and develop strong campaign ideas and strategic concepts that deliver meaningful brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop social media strategies for multiple brands across different industries.
- Understand brand positioning, target audience, objectives, and communication tone.
- Conduct brand, competitor, audience, and category research to identify insights and opportunities.
- Develop creative campaign ideas, concepts, themes, and social media properties.
- Lead campaign ideation from initial insight through to execution.
- Create monthly/quarterly social media strategies and content directions.
- Develop content pillars, communication frameworks, campaign narratives, and platform strategies.
- Work closely with copywriters, designers, video teams, account managers, and performance marketers to execute campaigns.
- Identify relevant social media trends and translate them into brand-relevant ideas.
- Present strategies and campaign concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Use social media performance and audience insights to refine strategies.
- Stay updated on platform changes, emerging formats, cultural trends, and competitor activity.
- Manage multiple brand accounts and projects simultaneously.
