Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
- Translate business requirements into explicit functional specifications for development and testing teams.
- Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, QA teams, and project managers.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production validation activities.
- Participate in solution design discussions and impact analysis.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Insurance Domain Responsibilities
- Work on insurance business processes such as:
- Policy Administration
- Understand insurance products across:
- Life Insurance
- Support regulatory and compliance-related initiatives.




- Analyze insurance data and reporting requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- years of experience in the Insurance domain.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
