About The Role

As a Strategic Implementation Lead, you will drive the successful onboarding and expansion of Uber for Business most strategic customers across APAC. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless launches, maximize adoption, and unlock long-term value for clients. The role sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, and customer success, directly impacting revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of strategic Uber for Business clients across APAC, ensuring seamless and timely launches
- Partner with customers to define success metrics, drive adoption, and optimize usage
- Collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to deliver best-in-class customer experience
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities during and after implementation
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions to maximize value
- Deeply understand U4B's products and solutions to deliver customer trainings, webinars and troubleshoot customer issues





Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of qualified experience, including 3+ years in client-facing role (implementation, consulting, account management or similar)
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or platform-based environments
- Solid problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solution
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Ops)
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional APAC languages are a plus.
