About the Role

As a Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and usability of our web applications, APIs, enterprise platforms, and AI-powered products.

You'll work across manual testing, API testing, automation testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance validation, collaborating closely with Engineering, AI, Product, and Platform teams.

Rather than focusing only on executing predefined test cases, you'll take ownership of product quality by understanding requirements, identifying risks, designing effective test strategies, automating repetitive validation, and ensuring that releases meet high-quality standards.

You'll be involved throughout the software development lifecycle—from requirement analysis and test planning to release validation and production quality monitoring.

What You'll Do

Functional & Manual Testing
- Understand product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria,



and technical specifications.
- Design comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
- Test complex workflows across web applications and enterprise platforms.
- Identify edge cases and potential failure scenarios before production releases.
- Validate application behavior across supported browsers, devices, and environments.
- Perform end-to-end testing of critical business workflows.
- Participate in release validation and production readiness activities.

Test Automation
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for web applications and APIs.
- Build reusable and maintainable automation frameworks.
- Automate regression and repetitive testing workflows.
- Work with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD p
