Senior Associate – Accounting & Finance

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST or 12:00 PM–9:00 PM IST

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Associate – Accounting & Finance to join a rapid-growing, technology-driven accounting environment serving US and UK businesses.

The role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping, month-end close, management accounts, reconciliations, client reporting, payroll, VAT compliance, and year-end processes while working closely with international clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment, takes ownership, and is excited about using automation and modern tools to improve accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small clients and support managers on large and complex engagements.
- Design and implement bespoke accounting processes based on client requirements.




- Oversee day-to-day transaction processing, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bookkeeping, and month-end closure.
- Complete month-end close processes, including identifying and posting journal entries.
- Proactively manage client finance inboxes and coordinate with international clients.
- Process payroll and support VAT submissions to HMRC.
- Prepare management accounts and investor reporting.
- Support managers with operational and accounting responsibilities.
- Review your own work and the work of other team members to maintain quality standards.
- Support ad-hoc projects including consolidation, business planning, and due diligence.
- Train and support new team members as they get up to speed.
- Build strong client relationships and consistently deliver exceptional client service.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
