What will you do
- Manage industrial projects including localization, transfers, and capacity increases to optimize manufacturing operations
- Diagnose and implement process and layout improvements that enhance efficiency and product quality
- Lead cross-functional coordination across procurement, quality, and logistics to ensure project success
- Act as the global expert in plastic component and tooling processes, setting standards and best practices
