Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Principal Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs targeting AWS's top strategic enterprise customers in India. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives that deepen engagement and accelerate cloud adoption among India's most significant strategic accounts.

The Principal Account-Based Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end execution of ABM programs focused on India's top strategic enterprise accounts — large-scale organizations across key industries that represent significant growth potential for AWS. This includes both expanding existing relationships and converting untapped business units within named accounts.

Working backwards from customer needs, you will create data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth within this critical strategic account segment. This role requires strong project management skills, analytical capabilities,



fluency in the Indian market landscape, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across both local India teams and global marketing organizations.

1. Strategic Leadership & Executive Influence
- Own the marketing strategy narrative for India's senior sales leadership, including the Country Managing Director, to define and align on multi-year sales-marketing goals that shape India's business trajectory
- Establish and lead the strategic planning mechanism between marketing and sales organizations, creating frameworks that drive organizational alignment across teams you do not directly manage
- Influence India's go-to-market strategy by synthesizing market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive dynamics into executive-level recommendations that shape investment decisions and resource allocation
