About Business line/Function: CIB 2S offers Asset Servicing solutions worldwide to our clients. We are a leading Global Custodian and are ranked #1 in Europe and #5 Globally. The Banking Services department under 2S provided Global Custody, Local Custody and Tax services to our clients and help them move their share and cash positions across 90+ markets worldwide.

Position Purpose: We are looking for a seasoned IT Program Manager. The IT Program Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering complex IT programs working closely with Global and Local stakeholders. The role requires solid capabilities across Strategic Leadership, Governance, Stakeholder Management, and a deep understanding of Enterprise Delivery in a Global Matrixed Environment.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Delivery of Strategic IT programs& Initiatives aligned with global business objectives




- Act as the primary point of contact between Delivery teams and Global IT and Business Stakeholders
- Develop detailed program plans, budgets, timelines and risk management strategies aligned with Business Goals
- Ensure effective program governance including regular steering committee updates and stakeholder reporting
- Drive Change Management, Stakeholder Alignment and organizational communication
- Coordinate cross functional teams across geographies to ensure timely and high quality delivery
- Track KPI to measure program success

Contributing Responsibilities

Technical, Domain & Behavioral Competencies

Custody Expertise: Knowledge of Trade Settlement, Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing, Reconciliations, and Regulatory requirements. Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT preferred Platform Modernization: Experience in re platforming Legacy systems, to cloud native microservices based or API driven Architecture Data Architecture and Migration: Understanding of Data Modell
