Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Administer the SharePoint Online environment, including user management, permissions configuration, and site collection administration.

• Design, develop, and implement SharePoint Online solutions based on business requirements.

• Customize and configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and forms to support business processes and improve collaboration.

• Manage content within SharePoint sites, ensuring proper organization, versioning, and security of document libraries, lists, and metadata.

• Configure and manage SharePoint workflows to automate business processes and streamline workflow approvals.

• Optimize SharePoint search settings to ensure efficient and accurate search results for users.

• Provide training and support to end-users on SharePoint functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end-users related to SharePoint functionality, permissions, and access.





• Implement governance policies and compliance standards to ensure data security and regulatory compliance within the SharePoint Online environment.

• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate SharePoint Online with other systems and tools, such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate.

• Maintain detailed documentation of SharePoint configurations, workflows, and best practices for reference and knowledge sharing.

• Stay updated with the latest SharePoint Online features, updates, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in administering and managing SharePoint Online environments.

• Solid knowledge of SharePoint Online customization, including sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and forms.

• Proficiency in configuring SharePoint search settings and optimizing search results.
