1. Domain Expertise:

Deep expertise in Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) processes within the Aerospace & Defense (A&D;) sector. This role is part of Accenture GN's strategic consulting practice, supporting end-to-end MRO transformation engagements that drive operational excellence, digital adoption, and supply chain optimization for A&D; clients.

The ideal candidate will bridge strong domain knowledge of MRO ecosystems with hands-on consulting delivery capability. You will own workstreams, manage client stakeholder relationships at functional lead level, and mentor junior team members — while remaining closely involved in solution design, process analysis, and delivery execution.

Solid familiarity with A&D; MRO processes and platforms, including base maintenance, line maintenance, engine MRO,



component repair, and rotable management. Demonstrated expertise in aircraft sustainment, fleet readiness, and aftermarket service models. Background in Aerospace/Defense Engineering with an MBA preferred.

Exposure to:

a. Process Assessment & Optimization
- Analyze existing MRO processes (line maintenance, base maintenance, engine overhaul, component repair, etc.) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend performance improvements across planning, execution, quality assurance, and supply chain operations.
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring maintenance issues and drive standardization of best practices across MRO operations.
- Develop process improvement roadmaps with defined KPIs, owners, and implementation timelines.
