We are looking for an experienced AI-First Content Marketing Lead who can build and scale a modern B2B content engine from the ground up. This role is ideal for a strategic content leader who enjoys designing content workflows, AI-assisted production systems, editorial processes, and scalable content strategies rather than simply writing content.

You will own content strategy across brand, inbound, outbound sales, customer success, and partnerships while supporting multiple business units. The role requires a strong ability to transform technical expertise and stakeholder conversations into compelling, high-value content across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall B2B content marketing strategy across brand, inbound, outbound, sales enablement, customer success, and partnerships.




- Build and continuously improve an AI-assisted content production engine, including workflows, tools, prompts, processes, and quality controls.
- Create scalable systems for turning ideas, SME discussions, events, webinars, and customer conversations into multiple content assets.
- Partner with technical and business subject matter experts to extract insights and translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
- Manage and maintain the editorial calendar across websites, blogs, LinkedIn, email, case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement materials.
- Lead and mentor a small in-house content team and coordinate with freelancers or external resources when required.
- Oversee content repurposing across multiple formats and channels to maximize the value of every content initiative.
- Support the planning and execution of webinars, podcasts, roundtables, virtual events, and other content-led programs.
