Junior Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Project Manager with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day project execution, contractor and vendor coordination, client handling, project planning, site management, and timely project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage commercial interior fit-out projects from site mobilization through final handover.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and daily site activities.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor daily site progress, workmanship, safety, and material requirements.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, HVAC, MEP, furniture, joinery, false ceiling, flooring, and finishing works.




- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely execution.
- Check BOQs, measurements, contractor bills, and variation requirements.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress updates.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain project documentation, site reports, measurements, and progress records.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final project handover.
- Manage multiple project activities/sites when required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of total skilled experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in commercial interior site execution.
- Experience in contractor and vendor coordination.
