Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Nightly Editor to join our editorial team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of deliverables before submission. The ideal candidate is a meticulous copyeditor with a strong command of grammar and style, exceptional fact-checking skills,



and experience reviewing pharmaceutical marketing materials in a fast-paced agency environment.

This position requires availability Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM ET, with occasional flexibility to accommodate changing business needs and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Copyedit marketing materials to ensure accuracy in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax
- Maintain consistency in formatting, messaging, and editorial standards across all brand materials
- Review projects for adherence to client-specific editorial standards and established style guides
- Fact-check claims, references, citations, and supporting content to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, account teams, project managers, and fellow editors to meet deadlines
- Monitor project timelines and editorial review cycles, proactively identifying potential issues and communicating solut
