What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:
Supports the beginning-to-end intern and apprenticeship experience, with a focus on programing. Activities include onboarding, managing Intern readiness, event planning, data management, communications, offboarding, conversions, and program review.
Plans and executes key events and programming such as orientation, training sessions, social and professional development events, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
Supports intern placement and conversion process by working with University Recruitment Team, HR, and Hiring Managers and Business Stakeholders
Supports, partners, and collaborates with business on early identification programs and events that pip
