Regional Program Manager – Project Management
Position Summary
Flowserve is seeking an experienced Regional Program Manager – Project Management to oversee project-management execution, performance improvement, and capability development across regional manufacturing sites.
The role is responsible for high-value, complex, engineered-to-order customer projects for flow-control equipment. Working with factory project managers, site leadership, and cross-functional teams, the Regional Program Manager will improve delivery performance, profitability, risk management, customer experience, and compliance with contractual obligations.
The position reports to the Global Director of Project Management and operates through robust matrix leadership, stakeholder influence, and direct intervention in critical project situations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the regional portfolio of complex customer projects from initiation through delivery, customer acceptance, and closeout.
Monitor and report project health, safety, schedule, profitability, revenue, gross margin, percentage of completion,



cash flow, customer experience, project risks, and key milestones.
Support factory project managers with project planning, manufacturing coordination, documentation, customer requirements, and timely delivery against contractual obligations.
Identify performance gaps, recommend corrective actions, and support implementation of improvement plans to strengthen project performance.
Drive alignment with Flowserve global project-management policies, procedures, work processes, reporting standards, and maturity expectations.
Support contract reviews, change management, risk registers, risk-mitigation plans, and escalation of commercial, technical, or execution risks.
Support strategic customer engagements, project escalations, and site-level issue resolution when local capability or remote support is insufficient.
