This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in India.
This is a 6-month remote contract opportunity supporting a rapid-paced, high-energy Talent Acquisition team.
You will play a key role in coordinating the candidate journey and ensuring interviews run smoothly from scheduling through feedback.
The position combines operational coordination, candidate communication, ATS management, and recruitment support.
You will collaborate closely with Talent Partners, hiring teams, and stakeholders across India and the US.
Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to anticipate potential issues before they affect the process.
You will also gain exposure to different areas of Talent Acquisition while supporting evolving priorities and projects.
Two shifts are available: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST or 4:00 PM–1:00 AM IST.

Accountabilities:
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring teams,



ensuring calendars, participants, and logistics are accurately managed.
Partner with Talent Partners to communicate expectations and maintain a positive, professional experience for both candidates and interviewers.
Support candidate profile and resume review, including sorting and organizing applications in collaboration with Talent Partners.
Track candidate progress throughout the interview lifecycle and coordinate feedback, status updates, and follow-ups with the Talent Acquisition team.
Participate in India kickoff calls and help establish interview processes that enable smooth and efficient hiring workflows.
Open requisitions and create interview plans within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information while handling confidential data with discretion.
Build positive working relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders across differe
