The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking and should have handled HNI/UHNI clients.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Business Development & Growth
Take complete ownership of the branch business.
Drive revenue, AUM, client acquisition, and profitability.
Develop new HNI/UHNI relationships through networking, referrals, partnerships, and market outreach.
Expand the company's presence across Hyderabad and surrounding markets.
HNI/UHNI Client Management
Manage and develop relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.
Understand client financial goals and provide suitable wealth management and investment solutions.
Build long-term relationships and generate client retention, referrals, and additional business.
Handle senior-level and complex client requirements.
Team Management
Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and support staff.
Set targets and monitor team performance.
Coach and mentor the team to improve productivity and business results.
Build a solid, performance-driven team.
Branch Operations & Compliance




Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
Ensure smooth client servicing and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor branch performance, sales pipeline, MIS, and business targets.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Investment, Product, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Research teams.
Provide regular business updates and forecasts to senior management.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.

Requirements

10–12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, Financial Services, or Relationship Management.
Strong experience handling HNI/UHNI clients.
Proven track record of business development and revenue generation.
Experience managing a team of Relationship Managers.
Experience managing a branch or regional business will be preferred.
