We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Application Analyst to join our global Engineering, Design and Construction Solutions team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career supporting industry-leading engineering, design and construction applications used across projects around the world. Working alongside experienced Application Analysts and technical specialists, you will gain hands-on experience in application support, system administration, testing, troubleshooting and digital engineering technologies.
As part of a global team,



you will help deliver reliable application services to our engineering, design and construction communities while developing valuable technical, analytical and business skills in a collaborative and innovative setting.

As a Junior Application Analyst, you will:
Develop expertise in a range of engineering, design and construction applications and their supporting technologies.
Work alongside senior analysts to provide application support and effective solutions to business users.
Participate in the installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of applications, servers and databases.
Assist with incident investigation, root cause analysis and problem resolution.
Support application upgrades, software deployments, testing activities and system enhancements.
Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure applications meet functional, performance and reliability requirements.
