In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing comprehensive test strategies across all phases of the software development lifecycle. Your expertise in test automation, performance testing and quality standards will guide the team in identifying and resolving issues effectively, fostering a culture of quality.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Sr Software Test Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end testing activities.
Develop and execute test plans consisting of both manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications.
Identify, troubleshoot, report, and track software defects and issues.
Perform functional, performance, and regression testing of software products.
Report test results and defects to the development team and other stakeholders and work on the resolution.
Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the quality of the software development process across teams.
Stay updated with industry trends in software testing methodologies and tools.
Active participation in planning, analysis, and estimation of backlog requirements.
