Job Purpose
To lead emergency responses and oversee site security operations, ensuring theft prevention, surveillance, visitor management, material movement control, transport management, and intelligence gathering aligned with organizational standardsKey Accountabilities (1/6)
Security Policy & Strategy
• Implement and enforce site security policies and procedures• Ensure compliance with security regulations and best practices• Establish security protocols for employees, contractors, and visitors

Resource Management
• Manage security resources cost-effectively• Introduce current security technologies and practices• Oversee procurement of security equipment and servicesKey Accountabilities (2/6)
Risk Assessment & Threat Management
Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities• Develop mitigation strategies to prevent security breaches• Implement crisis management and emergency response plans
Security Monitoring & Systems
• Manage surveillance systems, alarms,



and access control• Monitor real-time security incidents and ensure timely response• Ensure regular testing and maintenance of security systemsKey Accountabilities (3/6)
Team Management & Training
• Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel• Conduct training on security awareness, emergency response, and conflict resolution• Allocate responsibilities based on site requirements
Access Control & Visitor Management
• Monitor inward and outward material movement• Maintain records for vehicle movement, RGP, inward and outward materials• Supervise vehicle checks and driver complianceKey Accountabilities (4/6)
Induction & Compliance
• Conduct induction programs for new joiners, apprentices, and off-roll employees• Ensure timely updates in compliance management systems
Transport Management
• Support employee transportation and shift transport operations• Manage company vehicles and ambulances• Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers• Ensure GPS and CCTV compliance
