Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day business operations and resolve basic workflow issues.
Maintain and update SOPs, process documents, and operational records.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for management review.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, IT, and other teams on operational tasks.
Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives.
Handle operational queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Support system-related tasks, including troubleshooting, data checks, and UAT.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferable in Business, Operations, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in business operations or administrative support.
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel and familiar with business systems (e.g., SAP, CRM).
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Able to support flexible hours (shifts).
