A Day in the Life
The Senior Software Engineering Manager would be accountable to grow, sustain and enhance the Software Engineering function. This individual will be part of Global R&D; organization and will direct the software development function at MEIC to ensure superior product performance and quality .

The individual would be accountable for the management of the projects within span of engagement at MEIC, aligning cross functional resources on strategic project goals and timelines, reporting progress and project costs,



developing relationships with other OU development teams who can provide strategic partnership in the development process, preparing and monitoring annual budgets, championing teams and creating a culture of success.

Software Engineering management critical experience.
AI & AI-Driven Software Engineering
Lead the adoption and integration of AI/ML technologies and AI-driven software development practices across R&D; teams to accelerate product development cycles.
Promote the use of generative AI tools, automated code generation, and intelligent analytics to elevate software quality and engineering throughput.
Shift-Left Philosophy & Early SW Efficiencies
Embed quality, security, and performance testing into the earliest phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to minimize defect leakages and optimize delivery speed.
Establish modern DevOps practices and continuous deployment pipelines that enforce ea
