What would you do? • You will be aligned with our Risk & Compliance vertical and help perform Quality Testing reviews across various Banking processes as a First Line of Defense function.



You will assess process adherence against established procedures, identify quality gaps and findings, publish testing reports, and support quality governance activities (review and update SOPs, maintain testing documents and operational excellence. • You will be working as a part of the Risk & compliance team which is responsible for performing Quality Testing reviews for Banking processes as a First Line of Defense function. • Strong understanding of Banking Operations processes, products, and customer journeys. • Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Testing within Banking, Financial Services, or Risk & Compliance environments. • Knowledge of quality review methodologies, sampling techniques, and documentation best practices. • Experience identifying findings, documenting observations, and preparing quality testing reports.
