Broad Function:

The Production Printing Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and performance of high-speed production printing systems. The role will focus on preventive and breakdown maintenance, technical troubleshooting, print-quality optimization, machine uptime,



and production support for equipment such as JS1400, Miyakoshi MPG20EXG20, and other industrial inkjet printing systems.

Roles and Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)

Provide comprehensive maintenance and technical support for JS1400, Miyakoshi MPG20EXG20, and similar high-speed inkjet printing systems, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted operations.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance to maximize machine availability, minimize downtime, and maintain production efficiency.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues associated with inkjet printing equipment in a timely manner.
Monitor and optimize print quality, machine performance, productivity, and consumable utilization to maintain consistent production standards and control wastage.
