What would you do? • 1 External Sourcing • Source candidates from existing talent pools and databases • Identify the need for external sourcing based on hiring volumes • Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates • 2 Candidate Sourcing and Qualification • Mine candidate data and identify eligible profiles • Source and review resumes • Assess candidate interest and suitability using appropriate tools • Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience Domestic International Market • Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.
