This is an entry-level opportunity for an engineering graduate to develop hands-on expertise in field service within the life sciences and biopharmaceutical industry.
You will work alongside experienced service engineers, gaining practical exposure to equipment installation, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
The role combines technical learning with direct customer interaction and requires regular travel within and outside Ahmedabad.
You will support the servicing of advanced single-use and chromatography equipment used by biopharmaceutical customers.
Over time, you will build the skills needed to handle service activities independently while maintaining high standards of quality and documentation.

Accountabilities:
Accompany experienced service engineers during pre-installation activities, equipment demonstrations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and other field service assignments.
Support the installation, troubleshooting, and planned maintenance of single-use and chromatography equipment used by biopharmaceutical customers.
Progress toward independently attending customer service calls, or work alongside trained engineers as required, while meeting established service quality standards.
Develop practical knowledge of equipment such as upstream bioreactors and downstream liquid chromatography systems.
Support service documentation, reporting, escalation, travel coordination, and other operational processes.
