Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BFSI) with a solid background in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Mutual Funds, Loans, Banking, or Financial Services, along with excellent business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing financial processes, translating requirements into functional solutions, and working closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Experience with Zoho applications will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS),



user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend effective business solutions.
BFSI Domain Analysis
Work on projects related to Mutual Funds, Loans, Banking, Lending, Financial Products, or Wealth Management.
Understand financial workflows, regulatory requirements, and business processes.
Support business users in defining functional requirements and process improvements.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Facilitate requirement workshops, client meetings, and solution discussions.
Manage requirement changes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Solution Design & Project Support
Work closely with development and implementation teams during solution design and execution.
Validate functional requirements and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure solutions meet business needs and project objectives.
