ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Lustre Storage Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise storage administration, DDN/Cray storage, SAN/NAS, replication and performance management.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
• 4–5+ years hands-on DDN/Cray Storage administration
• Enterprise Storage operations & troubleshooting
• Lustre Storage environment
• DDN/Cray replication, DR & backup
• Storage provisioning, capacity & performance management
• SAN, FC, iSCSI & zoning
• CIFS/NFS troubleshooting
• Linux / VMware / Windows / UNIX
• TCP/IP, VLAN & networking fundamentals
• Storage virtualization, thin provisioning & deduplication
• Storage upgrades, firmware & OS upgrades
• Clustering & High Availability




• Log analysis and end-to-end troubleshooting
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and troubleshoot DDN/Cray enterprise storage environments
• Support Lustre storage operations and performance optimization
• Handle SAN/NAS, FC and iSCSI connectivity issues
• Manage replication, backup, recovery and DR activities
• Perform storage provisioning, reclamation and capacity planning
• Troubleshoot NFS/CIFS, performance and connectivity issues
• Execute firmware/OS upgrades and configuration changes
• Monitor storage health, capacity and performance
• Provide remote technical support to customers
• Prepare RCA, reports and technical documentation
• Work in a 24×7 support workplace, including weekends/shifts
