Job Description
 Incumbent should have good knowledge of domestic as well as international itineraries, routing. Open to work on roster off, weekends.
 Handle Corporate clients with their end to end travel requirements : Reservation/ Ticketing/ Fares / Routing/ Hotels and Visa requests.
 Co-ordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer Build excellent business relationship with customer groups, peers and vendors.
 Good PC skills, MS Office applications and email management.
 Knowledge of corporate travel economics and travel technology/tools will be an added advantage.
 Knowledge of travel online booking tools, interface with GDS (Galileo, Amadeus) and the online booking environment.
 Maintain ongoing, collaborative,



working relationships with coworkers to achieve customer and business goals. Influence decisions and solid negotiation skills towards the most beneficial outcomes for the client and the company.
 Ability to diffuse difficult situations, turning negative experiences into positive and provide empathy and clarity to internal and external clients.
 Visa knowledge is significant
Experience & Skills:
 Graduate
 Diploma / Degree in travel & tourism would be added advantage/IATA Course
 1-4 years relevant experience in travel domain
 Should be able to listen and respond appropriately to others with empathy and viable solutions.
 Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with others in order to encourage and support communication and teamwork.
 Attention to Detail: Recording Customer and Financial accountability with accuracy Communication: Ability to present information to varied individuals or groups at all levels
