Duties & Responsibilities
Manages and Owns the revenue numbers for a sales territory, vertical and/or Region within India
Qualifies opportunities with the aim of maximizing leads.
Plans and implements sales campaigns.
Coordinates with solution sales, partners and professional services teams.
Inputs ideas and participates in marketing events.
Understands the business requirements of prospects and customers.
Provides accurate and timely sales forecasts.
Manages the short- and medium-term pipeline.
Recruits and manages Sales and Implementation partners and review their pipeline regularly
Updates and maintains CRM data base and performs weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the assigned territory.
Required regular travel to prospect and customer locations
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proven track record of sales success
Accomplished track record of selling multi-level to business, technical and IT people
Business application (ERP, MES, Supply Chain and CRM)
Background of ERP is preferred




Ability to quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect
Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management of the defined target markets
Should be based out of Mumbai or Pune
Qualifications
5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
Graduate in Science/Commerce or Engineering
Master's Degree preferred.
