Job Requirements
To drive design coordination and execution of corporate building projects by effectively managing external consultants and ensuring delivery aligned to quality, cost, timelines, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design coordination for corporate office projects, including base build and interiors.
Manage and collaborate with external architects, consultants, and agencies to ensure design intent and timelines are met.
Review and validate architectural, interior, and MEP drawings for quality, functionality, and compliance.
Develop and review 2D drawings and 3D visualizations to support internal decision-making and design validation whenever required
Drive structured design review forums, track progress, and ensure timely closure of action points.
Support cost planning, BOQ validation, and value engineering initiatives.
Work closely with PMC during execution to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and project timelines.




Monitor site progress and proactively resolve design and execution challenges.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to enable seamless project delivery.

Work Experience
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture.
10–14 years of experience in corporate/commercial building projects, including interiors.
Proven experience in managing external consultants from a client-side role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max (or equivalent tools).
Solid understanding of materials, construction methodologies, and project lifecycle.
Exposure to sustainable/green building practices will be an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
High level of aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
