We are seeking an IT Operations Readiness Solution Architect to ensure current services, applications, infrastructure changes and technology transformations are ready for production deployment, acting as a key connection point between Project, Engineering, Development, Vendor and Operations teams. What you’ll do

Lead Operational Readiness Reviews and define Operational Acceptance Criteria.
Coordinate go-live readiness, Go/No-Go meetings, hypercare planning and exit criteria.
Define support models, RACI, escalation paths, SLAs, KPIs and governance reviews.
Ensure monitoring, alerting, logging, dashboards and service health visibility are in place.
Validate incident, problem, change, recovery, runbook and knowledge management readiness.
Review capacity, performance, resilience, DR, BCP and scalability requirements.
Who you are

Experienced in IT Operations, Service Management, SRE or Application Support.
